Removal of Gandhi statue from MLK Jr. Museum
Removal of any and all statues of Gandhi from the various ML King Jr. museums and historic sites.
Why is this important?
In recent years more scholarly research has been completed on the man, Mahatma Gandhi. This research has revealed this man harbored a deep seeded racial animus toward Black people around the world. He has been shown to a racist in the fullest definition of the word, as a prolific writer of anti Black and misogynistic statements . It is therefore counterproductive and inappropriate to have statues and images of him at any and all MLK, Jr. commemorative sites.
