Federal judges supporting police corruption

And 2018 I was falsely accused of killing my parents for insurance benefits. Detective James Barnett of the Atlanta Police department not only committed perjury but he also lied about evidence and information that he gave to the state courts. Detective James Barnett intimidated family members and lied to them to get them on his side against me. In 2020 the Atlanta district attorney's office dropped the charges and I pursued a federal lawsuit against the Atlanta detectives involved in the case. I am on my last appeal! Two Federal judges magistrate John Larkin and a federal judge Lee Martin May granted the detective qualified immunity. The magistrate and the judge overlooked and never commented on or responded to much of the evidence and information me and my lawyer provided. Justice was supposed to be clean cut and obviously lean toward our side considering the falsified and perjured information of the detective that helped me in jail for 15 months as an unindicted pre-trial detaining with no History of violence. Obviously this violated several of my constitutional rights. As stated earlier the federal judges granted qualified immunity not holding the detective and the police accountable for their illegal wrongdoing. Not only was I suffering from missing my parents whom I loved but I also spent a considerable amount of time around serious violent criminals and gang members. I've suffered so much that I'm not going to go into detail here. We look towards people and elected positions to do the right thing but in my case and so many others they don't do the correct thing they use their own personal interests which is not fair or legal. These judges including the state judge and a Magistrate judge just expect me to forget this whole thing when I've Lost property, I've lost time away from my family, my name has been smeared and ruined in the media which causes a lot of problems. As I stated earlier I am on my last appeal with this lawsuit. It's not about money it's about what's right! Qualified immunity for police officers should be ended especially when evidence shows that they did intentional wrongdoing, lying falsifying information and misleading judges, family members, the community at Large and everyone else. This has been a very traumatic experience and I want justice, I want help and support from whoever can help

Why is this important?

I'm asking for help from everyone that is willing to get involved because who's to say that what happened to me won't happen to you or someone you know! I'm sure I'm not the only one who have experienced things like this. I'm also sure that although some people belong in jail for what they did I'm very sure that there are probably lots of people in jail serving sentences for things that they did not do but they don't have the money resources or connections to change their situation
