**Subject: Urgent Request for Case Reconsideration in Westchester County, NY**
Dear Kathy Hochul,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous correspondence regarding my children's case in Westchester County, NY. I respectfully request your urgent assistance in reviewing the circumstances surrounding their conviction, as we believe that significant injustices by Assistant DA Nadine Nagler and Judge Fufidio were committed during the trial process that have yet to be properly addressed.
As outlined in my initial request, my children have been wrongfully convicted, and the legal process has been marred by a lack of transparency. Key evidence in their defense, including an affidavit proving their innocence, was inexplicably sealed by judge Fufidio, preventing it from being presented to the jury. Furthermore, there are disturbing racial undertones that have influenced the course of the case.
In addition to the original evidence, new information has surfaced that could significantly impact the case. A video recorded by private investigator Manuel Gomez shows the victim stating that my children are innocent—evidence that was not available during the trial. This, along with other critical materials that were excluded or overlooked, calls for an immediate review of the case before we consider further legal action.
Before pursuing an appellate review, we are asking for a reconsideration of the case in light of this new evidence and the glaring issues with the trial process. We firmly believe that a fresh and unbiased review could lead to a fair resolution and the exoneration of my children.
I would be deeply grateful if you could take the time to review this matter and assist us in seeking the justice that my children deserve. Please feel free to contact me at 929-678-7755. I am available to discuss this matter further at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your time, attention, and consideration. We remain hopeful for a timely and favorable response.
Sincerely,
April Lowery & Family
