Deplorable Customer service stranded for over 3 days due to flights mysteriously cancelled. Many customer service call go to philipines, called 3 times to ask a simple question got 3 different answers, they LIE just to get you off the phone. The customer service agents at the airport checkin are even worse, extremely rude, unwilling to help in anyway. Please BOYCOTT United!!!
The real kicker is they pulled in over $5 BILLION USD in profit
