Justice for Isaac

This is the innocent truth as I tell it to you. In 1994 my husband Isaac Shavers was arrested and charged with robbery and second degree (felony) murder. Second degree (felony) murder is when someone gets killed, but not by a person who allegedly committed the crime. In this case (robbery). My husband was taken to trial on second degree (felony) murder convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Those charges were made up based on the testimony of an allege co-defendant that was a juvenile at the time. This juvenile was questioned without the consent of his parents. He was tortured, threatened, and coerced by a corrupt homicide detective, that has been known for obtaining illegal confessions and proven in the (Jerry Frank Townsend) case. This innocent man was released after 21 unjust years. This detective always played by his own rules of by any means necessary to get a conviction. His name is (Bruce Roberson) of the City of Miami police department. He's now retired and has not been held accountable for his actions by Miami State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle who promised to investigate all cases dealing with this detective but has failed to do anything. This allege robbery was justified to save two City of Miami police officers (Jeffrey Locke and Ariel Rojas). These two officers fired 59 shots in a local neighborhood that resulted in an innocent bystander being shot and killed in front of his 5 (year) old stepdaughter to keep from paying a potential wrongful death lawsuit, someone had to take the blame. The cause of death alleged was a ricochet bullet theory. But the evidence just don't match up by a forensic expert and the medical examiner. Therefore we are trying to reopen this case to prove Isaacs innocence based on new technology done by a reenactment by computer simulation of the crime. It was ballistically impossible that the innocent man was killed by a ricochet bullet. The State Attorney Abbe Rifkin still allowed this case to go to trial based on lack of evidence and a coerced confession by a juvenile taken under duress without the consent of his parents. This juvenile has recanted his confession and trial testimony thru affidavits and different attorneys obtained to represent Isaac. But to no avail have any relief been given Isaac. This juvenile received 4 (years) in prison while Isaac received life in prison for a crime he did not participate in or did he do. The State Attorney Abbe Rifkin has used treats to the juvenile that if he recants or continue to expose that he lied at trial and make known the youthful deal she made with him, his deal will be revoked and he would be given life in prison. So I ask all of you to help me get the justice that Isaac deserves after 25 (years) for something he did not do or have any knowledge of.
