Justice for Johneka

Allow a new hearing for Johneka Johnson serving a Life Sentence in Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, FL without the possibility of parole. Evidence and DNA should have exonerated this now 31 year old mother of two. Voluntary gun residue test results were "lost" and never mentioned during the hearing. This young black woman was the victim of not only racism but political gain on the behalf of the Procecution who stated "The defense needs to go home because we got this in the bag!" before the hearing began and as the jury was entering the courtroom.

Why is this important?

The judicial system should not allow the "testimony" of known felons to be used in their favor and openly state that deals had been made with them in order to fluff up a case against the accused.
