Right now, an unknown number of innocent Black Americans across the U.S. are suffering great harm due to a relentless campaign of terror being perpetrated by researchers, contractors, and other bad actors who spend a great amount of time and resources, subterfuge, and manipulative tactics to secretly and covertly test military-grade weapons in plain sight. We, the victims need your help. Due to the secretive and covert nature of the operation, little to no 'official' documentation or information on the program is publicly available. But you will find a wealth of misinformation meant to mislead anyone looking for answers leaving victims and anyone interested in investigating these claims at a loss. Which is why I, as a victim, have spent countless hours and limited resources conducting my own investigation and research in order to discover, uncover, and reveal the truth of what is actually happening. In the absence of knowing the actual official name of this project, I have decided to name it the 'Silent Torture Program'.
What is the Silent Torture Program? The infliction of intense & prolonged physical & mental harm using the covert tools & tactics of Intentional Electromagnetic Intrusions & operational psychology for research purposes without consent. Absorption of energy from weaponized electromagnetic energy can cause tissue to heat up; more intense fields will produce greater heating. This leads to biological effects ranging from muscle degradation to burns & more.
Directed energy weapons strike and heat targets with pulsed energy projectiles which are not visible to the naked eye, make no sound, and capable of leaving no visible trace. Pulsed radiofrequency radiation strikes the body and heats the skin on contact causing an increase in body temperature.
Power is absorbed near the surface of the body, leading to a localized temperature elevation near the surface. The level of skin heating correlates with the total power absorbed in the skin. Absorption of energy from weaponized electromagnetic energy can cause tissue to heat up; more intense fields will produce greater heating. Prolonged full-body saturation 24/7 for over four years has caused a wide range of physical & mental harm including hyperthermia, burns, sores, swelling, chronic pain, fatigue, headaches, restlessness, trauma, & more. The operation is highly coordinated. Covertly executed. Violent. Degrading.
I have reached out to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, as well as human rights organizations, family, and friends in attempts to explain what is happening hoping to get help, but most dismiss my claims as just 'crazy'. Many seem to have this preconceived notion that these types of things just don't happen. But history reminds us otherwise. America has a dark history of nonconsensual experimentation on Black Americans and other minority communities. From Marion Sims to the Tuskegee experiment, history proves time and time again that nonconsensual experiments against minority communities do happen and are obviously the subjects of choice for these types of operations. And because there have been no significant punishments for these outrageous illegal acts, these atrocities continue today unchecked.

The issue isn't lack of evidence. The issue is lack of public awareness, access to decision makers who can help, and lack of effort to listen and understand.
We, the victims of this silent torture operation demand an investigation. Not to prove that this covert experiment is happening. There is a wealth of evidence that proves it is. What we need is help investigating and exposing the identities of the researchers, contractors, & agencies responsible.
When you begin to understand what is happening & see the magnitude & severity of what is nothing less than torture, not only will you be outraged, you will be compelled to act.
