Justice for Deacon Johnny Hollman: No More Delays – Charge the Officer and Tow Driver Now!

District Attorney Fani Willis must take immediate action to hold both the police officer and the tow truck driver accountable for the tragic death of Deacon Johnny Hollman. Despite clear evidence of misconduct, no charges have been filed. This lack of accountability not only dishonors Deacon Hollman’s memory but also undermines public trust in the justice system. We demand an arrest, a thorough investigation, and the pursuit of justice for Deacon Hollman and his family. The time for delays is over—action must be taken now.

Why is this important?

This case matters because what happened to Deacon Johnny Hollman could happen to any one of us. Deacon Hollman called the police for assistance after a minor fender bender—something most of us have done or would do in the same situation, trusting that law enforcement is there to help. Instead of receiving the help he needed, Deacon Hollman lost his life at the hands of the very people meant to protect him.

To make matters worse, the officer involved was not fired for taking Deacon Hollman's life, but simply for failing to call his supervisor. This response reflects a disturbing lack of accountability for actions that resulted in a death, raising serious concerns about how justice is handled in our community.

This isn’t just about one man—it’s about the safety and rights of every person in Atlanta. By joining this campaign, you stand up for justice, accountability, and the belief that no one should lose their life in an encounter that should have been routine. We cannot allow this injustice to go unanswered, and together, we can demand the changes necessary to prevent it from happening again.
