Stop NY Scam Companies (Infinity Cornerstone) & Justice for Unpaid Student Workers

Scam companies, in particular, Infinity Cornerstone (also known as Infinity promotions, Eagle International, Eagle Consultants, etc.) are falsely advertising paid internship opportunities to students only to have them work 60+ hours a week and deprive them of their paycheck. They need to be stopped.
Why is this important?
College students and workers alike are being denied their pay after working 60+ hours a week by scamming companies like Infinity Cornerstone. With Infinity, ran by a man named Enoch Frank, he continuously withholds his worker’s paycheck for weeks only to drop them later and deny paying them. It’s a waste of time and a waste of money and overall a huge struggle for people like my boyfriend who risks a lot by moving out to NY to work under guys like Enoch. It’s unethical for a companies like that to falsely advertise on websites like LinkedIn only to scam them later!
My boyfriend was SCAMMED this summer by a man named Enoch Frank, who runs this really sketchy company called Infinity Cornerstone. He hires people to work for him based on commission but deprives them of their paycheck for weeks only to drop them and not pay them. My bf got hired as a paid internship (as advertised on their LinkedIn) and he quit because he couldnt take it anymore. He would work 12+ hours a day for 5 days straight and be sent to the slums of ny to sell these phones. There was nothing in the job description that mentioned anything about this. Recently, Enoch’s “client” dropped him after finding out there was “fraudulent” activity going on. The thing was, my bf and the other workers were TAUGHT to do this “fraud” by Enoch himself but Enoch blames them for his client dropping him so now he refuses to pay them their last few paychecks.
What’s also sketchy is the fact that he changes his company’s name multiple times. It used to be “Eagle’s Consultant”, then it was “Infinity Promotions”, and now its “Infinity Cornerstone”. He’s constantly recruiting new people to run his scammy company only to drop them later. If you look up his name or his company online, you’ll find that other people have experienced this too. What he’s doing is unjust and not right. My bf has been struggling bc he risked a lot coming to NY for this falsely advertised internship. Im bringing this to social media bc Im hoping people will help expose this company to others who’s thinking of working for him. Think about all the other students in the future who may be falsely led.
