We need to create a San Diego-based faction completely independent of San Diego's law enforcement and its ideologies, a faction solely dedicated to investigating every step San Diego's law enforcement takes to turn a citizen into suspect, and a suspect into a criminal.
Why is this important?
It would at least slow the unconstitutional and unethical methods used by San Diego's law enforcement to secure desired outcomes as well as the constant malicious prosecutions by the District Attorneys who rely on the tactics of these officers.
