Stop BULLYING and outright discrimination immediately! It's CRIMINAL and overly wrong.
Monitor their platform better, remove the 72 hour wait time for clients to have to wait for them (AirBnB) to intervene, when there's an important issue at hand. Remove all host who trick, bully, discriminate against or are just obnoxiously cruel and mean to clients. Once they promise a client a refund, it should be a rule, stating that it MUST be immediately executed or the host and all of their affiliates would be permanently banned for noncompliance.
Why is this important?
Because bullying, even amongst our youth, is horrible and should not be allowed to go on. Bullying is one of the leading causes of suicide, and there should be laws in place for the culprits who cause the victim to suffer hurt and pain to that horrifying degree period. No one should have to endure menacing treatment from anyone at all, make less when it's business oriented.
